We are an auction and estate sale company located in Camdenton in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks area of central Missouri. We specialize in consignment liquidations of estates and personal property selling things through our HiBid online auction platform and at on-site estate tag sales. We will sell any of our items to non-locals and provide shipping anywhere. We are just a small family operation that enjoys researching the items and helping those who need $$ for their treasured items.

What we do
Do you have things you need re-homed?
We accumulate stuff for many reasons. It could be items we have purchased and no longer need, or things we have inherited, or things that have just found their way into our lives for any number of reasons. You may need liquidation due to moving, or needing to sell your home.
Sometimes these things can cause stress when it comes to how to re-home or remove them.
We charge NO upfront fees. All of our fees are paid from the money you gain from the sale of your items.

ONLINE auctions
These typically happen in our barn but are marketed and held entirely online. In this case, a minimum bid is set for each item and you can't control the sales prices. The value of the item is determined by the buyers and the bidding that ensues. This can be a great option when some antiques and collectibles would sell better with a more global audience. In this case, we will catalog, photograph, describe, list, and advertise all items via our HI-BID auction partner. At the end of the auction, we will supervise the pick up of items and/or ship any items purchased by out-of-town buyers (shipping is at the buyer's expense). We will then clean up after the sale and have your place ready to list or pass on to the next owner.
E-BAY SErvice
Some items may be special/rare enough that selling them on EBAY becomes the best option. Although this option comes with more time and fees, it can still be a viable option for particular pieces. In this case, we would take care of the listing, selling, and shipping of the items.
WHatnot online auction live “shows”
Whatnot is an online streaming platform that is best described as a combination between TikTok and Ebay. On this platform, we go live several times per week with an auction which they call a “show”. People from all over bid live on items as we video stream the auction. Buyers pay for the shipping and we package and ship out. Just like eBay, this may get a bit more money for your items but it may take more times and comes with an additional fee to cover the Whatnot costs.
E-BAY SErvice
Some items may be special/rare enough that selling them on EBAY becomes the best option. Although this option comes with more time and fees, it can still be a viable option for particular pieces. In this case, we would take care of the listing, selling, and shipping of the items.
Facebook Marketplace Service
Some select larger items might be better sold locally on Facebook Marketplace. We can help you determine if this is an option and would take care of the listing, selling, and pick up of the item.
QUICK HAUL OFF
No time for a sale? Do you just need perfectly good items hauled away? Depending on the items and location, we may be able to help. This is the only service that might include an upfront fee - but the consultation is ALWAYS FREE.
ON-SITE ESTATE/TAG SALES
These typically happen in the home or the property being liquidated. Our staff will come in and clean, arrange, and stage everything at your property. All items will be cataloged, photographed, tagged, and placed into our system. We will then advertise the sale and conduct and staff it over a 2-3 day period. We will then clean up after the sale and have your place ready to list or pass on to the next owner. The location has to be just right for us to do a sale such as this one.
OTHER SERVICES
All of the work we do prepping, lotting, listing, and photographing your items for auction is covered by our commission noted below. If you require additional services like boxing or hauling, there will be additional hourly and mileage charges. If we need to haul off junk or trash, there would also be appropriate fees charged. If you think you will require these services, please inquire for our current rates.

Jo Beth Nicklas
Jo Beth is a Lake of the Ozarks and retired educator who has many years of experience in the secondary sales markets of tag sales, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Hi-Bid online auctions, etc.
Her knowledge of vintage and antique items has come from years of research and experience that stemmed from her background in theatre where she needed to procure items for various period shows by scouring thrift stores, antique malls, auctions, and garage sales. She has also spent many years liquidating items for her own family and others.
This led her to a business where she bought and sold antique and vintage furniture, shipping it nationwide.
Although her background allows her to have knowledge of many eras and collectibles, her expertise is in mid-century furniture and collectibles.
